As someone who is 2 months postpartum, I have been searching for a gym to help me get back into shape, look after myself & regain some confidence. 

I started with a Group Fitness Class & the members welcomed me with open arms.

 

Coach Brent demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, listened to my concerns & helped me adjust the exercises to suit my health limitations.
